"My whole life I've struggled with being overweight and having low self esteem.
Then, in 2016 my life was forever changed after I had a run in with kidney cancer. From there things got worse, due to a surgery, I was unable to do physical activity so I got more depressed and gained more weight. During all of this Megan noticed that we needed to make a huge change. So she dedicated her life to research and noticed that there was numerous factors that were attributed to my weight gain. On top of that, I struggled with terrible allergies and everything I ate made me inflame.
So I followed Megan's advice and I started to make changes, all through trial and error. We concluded that my allergies were not due to external factors, it was all internal.
