My life is hectic; how will this fit into my schedule?

I get it—life is busy. That’s why my program is designed to fit into your lifestyle with small, manageable steps. Together, we’ll prioritize what’s most important for your health and make sure it aligns with your schedule. It’s all about making progress without overwhelming you.

Can only people with IBS and hormone imbalances benefit from your coaching?

Not at all! While my coaching is extremely beneficial for women needing digestive support, I also help clients address a wide array of other health concerns such as regulating their sleep, conquering their fatigue, and managing their depression, stress and anxiety better. 

Can I work with you longer than the 5 total appointments?

Yes, if you still feel that you need support at the end of our time working together, we can continue working together to help you reach your goals and stay on track.

Why don't you offer packages shorter than 8 weeks?

Results take time and will certainly not happen in a single appointment. Accountability and consistency are key to long-lasting changes in your eating and lifestyle habits. 

Your health problems did not develop overnight and will certainly not disappear that way.
